Note:
⭐ Authors of a paper must register and pay only after receiving the acceptance notification. Please do not make any payment during the initial submission period.
⭐ Presenters and attendees may register at any time before the registration deadline.
⭐ Other co-authors of a paper, as well as accompanying persons, are welcome to register as attendees.
⭐ Each paper must have at least one author registered and presenting the work. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
⭐ All registrations (including payment) must be completed by the specified registration deadline. Accepted papers whose authors fail to register on time will not be scheduled for presentation and will not be included in the proceedings.
⭐ Upon successful registration and payment, the organizing committee will issue an electronic registration confirmation and an electronic VAT invoice (or proforma invoice) within five working days. If you do not receive them in a timely manner, please contact us via email at aoagpublish@outlook.com.

🎤Join as Presenter
If you wish to present your work at the conference without publishing a paper in the proceedings, you are welcome to participate in AIDAA 2026 as a presenter. Presenters are required to submit the abstract and title of their presentation upon registration. For further information, please contact us at aoagpublish@outlook.com.

AIDAA 2026 is an event not to be missed. It offers an excellent opportunity and an effective platform to engage with leading experts and researchers at the forefront of academic research. You are warmly invited to attend. Simply complete the listener registration before the registration deadline.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a registrant requests to cancel their registration and receive a refund for personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:
Time of Request (relative to conference start date) | Refund Percentage |
50 days or more before the conference | 60% of the paid amount |
Within 30 days before the conference (including 30 days) | 30% of the paid amount |
After the conference | No refund |
